We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Simone Pérèle lingerie, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, briefs and bodysuits must be tried on over your own lingerie.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Lingerie

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original labels and protective packaging into the shipping box to ensure they remain in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
